Return Policy

At LakasTahShare.com, returns are supported at acceptable circumstances. We do strive to offer you the best shopping experience, including fast support for returns request. Please contact our customer support to discuss about your request.

 

What type of returns are possible?

- If the items are completely wrong, not as you ordered. For example, you ordered a beautiful dress but you received a rattan basket instead! Opps!

- If the characteristics of the items are wrong, like the size, colour, shapes and etc.

- If it is not your package. The package is meant for other customer and wrongly sent to you.

 

If you are not happy with the item you buy and not satisfied with product, it is not our responsibility to exchange the item. However, at certain exception and consideration from our side, returns may be supported but not guaranteed.

 

If my returns are considered, do I need to send products back to your office?

We will negotiate on this matter. You can drop the item at our office or let us pick it up for you. Another option is setting a MP or meeting point at a specified and agreed location. If you choose to send your items back to us or via MP, we are not responsible for your journey cost.

 

The order is in delivery, but I changed my mind and I want to cancel my order.

​Orders that is on its way on delivery are strictly cannot be cancelled. Lakastahshare.com has the right to impose legal action to customers who cancel their order. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
