How do I check my order status?

We will drop you a message in whatsapp and email about your order. To check your order status, you may use our chat services in our website or get in touch via whatsapp with our customer support representatives.

 

What does my order status mean?

When you place an order with us, you will need to know what happens next. Your orders are accepted, payments are going through, items are packaged, delivery is sorted and parcels are on its way – all of these processes and stages are “order status”.

 

How can I cancel my order?

LakasTahShare.com does not allow cancellation of order. We have a strict regulation about this matter.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Contact our customer support team a.s.a.p! However, we will not guarantee all changes are possible at all times.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we offer electronics and manual payment mechanism. You can pay using Paypal or selects Cash on Delivery payment terms.

 

What payment methods are available in my country?
In Brunei, both Paypal and Cash on Delivery are available in all districts. However, for other countries, we do not offer Cash on Delivery, only Paypal payments. Please refer to Paypal official website if your country is supported.

 

How to pay with credit/debit card

If you already have a PayPal account, linked your credit/debit card with PayPal and start shopping! If you do not have a PayPal account, visit Paypal official website and follow the steps provided in their website to start paying with your credit/debit card via PayPal.

Once you checked out your cart in our website, you will be directed to a payment page where you will need to sign in to your PayPal account and start paying for your order. After payment is done, you will be directed back to our website.

An item was lost or damaged during shipping

For domestic shipment, shipping is done by our team. In any lost or damaged event, we will be responsible for fixing the situation and offer you the best solution.

 

For international shipment, we held no responsibility for lost and damaged items.

 

An item is missing from my shipment

Our team will do our best to ensure accuracy. Orders will be pictured for proof in our end before shipment. We will inspect the parcel and its contain first. In the event where the errors are admitted purely from our end by us after thorough investigations, we will send you the missing item immediately.

Goods sold are not subject for returns unless considered by our company as deemed fit to be returned only.
